Incoming Erasmus students must be nominated by their Home University, by sending an email to gri@ipcb.pt with the following information:
- Home institution/ Erasmus Code
- Student's full name and e-mail address (use the same email when sending the Learning Agreement and during the entire mobility)
- Type of mobility: studies or traineeship
- ISCED field of study for the student
- Semester/ Duration of mobility
Once the nomination has been accepted, the student will be contacted by IPCB to provide all the necessary instructions for the registration and application processes.
Nomination deadlines
- Autumn semester & Full Year: May 1
- Spring semester: November 15
Application deadlines
- Autumn semester & Full Year: February 15 – May 15
- Spring semester: October 15 - November 30
After the acceptance of the nomination, students must do their registration in the IPCB MobilidadeNet Portal, and submit their online application. This should be done within 5 days after the reception of the nomination acceptance email.
The Learning Agreement is mandatory and must be submitted via EWP until the end of the application deadline. The course catalogue is available online in the MobilidadeNet Portal.
